Changes Coming Up

The middle of May and it decided to snow. That's May.  But, I don't want to complain. To people. Mother Nature deserves an earful, however.

I am excited to be starting a whole new phase of life this summer. Baker College B.S.N. program, goal date of graduation,  2018.

This is going to be the summer of changes, I believe. I was referred by my doctor for bariatric surgery. I have to attend a seminar, but, again, I am excited to think about the positive changes this can bring about for me. I have spent a lot of time and effort trying to increase my activity level and decrease my calories, but I am not making progress. I am looking forward to finding out about what this change would really mean for me.

In the meantime, taking care of the house and the kids as they finish their schooling year out, organizing our live for summertime and summer activities, getting our foster dog into surgery, and helping my parents figure out their living situation should keep me busy until my student orientation at the end of June.
